I saw it on PBS so you can fact check them. Do some research on how the japan incident could have been prevented.

Yes, we agree pumps need electricity.

Failure in Japan was ultimately that emergency back-up diesel generators were flooded as they were in path of tsunami and rendered useless.

Also there were multiple nuke units and a switch-yard connected to national grid to carry power in both directions. So ALL had to be disrupted to set up the failure..just saying.

No back-up no electricity, no electricity no pumps, no decay heat removal…reactor core melt-down.People do need to comprehend what the watch and hear or misinformation shall flow profusely. 🫤

You said you were out? ,looks like your back in again. Do you purposely enjoy denigrating other posters or does it just come natural. Troll someone else for awhile.

Sounds good to me. Would be much easier without someone picking apart every post looking for their version of "misinformation".

Divergence of opinion is a good thing because it helps to arrive at the truth, but it can be done amicably.

Absolutely true. But first you have to assume that no one (including myself ) is posting false information or something they know not to be true. Or should be accused of doing so. Or making things up. Opinions are subjective. And everyone is entitled to one.

I am finally seeing some competitive rates listed on the Pa Power choice site. PPL is at 12.3c for generation right now. Some offers in the 10 to 11c range popping up. Depends what PPL offers starting Dec 1 when to 12.3c rate expires if its worth a switch.
