New to this great „heating forum”. Recently got my hands on Gayuta Andes 216 and will soon want to start a renovation. I’m thinking about nickel/brass plating several parts and paint the rest with black/charcoal. There have been several posts here about painting, and while I think painting outside of the stove appears to be straightforward (I’ll prob opt for Stove Bright), inside is another story. Does anyone have a success story? Or is it just easier to focus on the outside, then clean, de-rust the inside and use LPS for the time being? I am not planning to use the stove for the foreseeable future, until I find a proper house for it. Also, does anyone know about any resources, websites, books etc. I could do research and try to find out more about my stove? Appreciate any suggestions in advance
