For parts you might try calling around to stove restoration shops. There are quite a few if you do a web search. If it's just going to be for static display those parts are not needed.
If you want to run it, member Dlapan is one of the stove restoration shops and I believe he can make a sheet metal ash pan like most stoves used. https://www.lapansantiquestoves.com/
