Hello and good day to all. I'm Ed and im a new member. I came across this at an estate sale. Paid 150$ for it. I love it. I would love to restore what I can but am hoping for some advice from this forum. For starters I would really like to get the chrome pieces restored. What does everyone think of this?.

S, not real familiar with the strove but I'm thinkin you're missin some serious grate parts--she's a beauty alright, but ya gotta check out where ya can find parts & how much $$$$ it will take to get her up & runnin right or even IF parts are available. Plus how much it will cost to get parts chromed. Just an old farmers thoughts.

Nice find Ed!
Are you wanting to be able to burn coal in it?
If you don't intend to burn with it, don't let that deter you from restoring the rest of it, it is a beauty.

About $35-50 each part, to get nickel plated.

Missing round/circle grate in the bottom.
Not sure, it missing the picket fence grill, 2nd door from bottom. Missing 1 tile very bottom door.

Little info from similar heaters.
