Hoping to get some direction here... I know nothing about stoves and my dad asked me to research this kind, as it was his father's and has been sitting unused for years and years. We would ultimately be looking to sell this. Sorry photos are not great, and it is not cleaned up! Thanks for any input!

Reach in the big door. Pull that big part out ,
Slowly and gently. Put on the very top of heater. The hook on the bottom of that part goes in the little hole, on top of heater. Might need to tilt part, to get hook in hole. Then sit it flat.

Do you have the square base with 4 legs, that heater sits on?.

Made in Royersford,PA. 1900 -1910ish.

Take a couple pictures. One looking in and down the big door. Stand back, take pics of the whole stove, from the front, and the side. Might get a ballpark price then.

Some info in link below.

Hi, I've recently re-registered under a new name because I forgot my password and no longer use the email address that I last registered with.

Anyway, I, too, have a Buckwalter Oak Ringgold. Mine is a #336 double heater. It is in fantastic condition but is missing the base and legs. This stove stood unused in a corner of my grandfather's shop for decades. My dad was born in 1935 and he told me that the stove stood there for as long as he can remember. We think that my grandfather saved it from the WWII scrap drives.

I've owned it since the early-1990s and have been intermittently looking for a base assembly or parts thereof since then. If anyone viewing this can help me I'd sure appreciate it. I'm not getting any younger!

Peter, welcome here from there.
I recognize your heater.

Might want to click on the first post, user name. Send him a private message. See if he might still have it.

Not many Buckwalter's for sale or parts right now. Just little heaters and ranges.

Keep a eye out on marketplace and auction sites for your heater.
