I'm looking at a house in NH with access to a chimney. I'd like something like a Gold Medal or Victory Crawford. Do they still allow dual fuel appliances like these? I've heard mixed messages.

Depends,....

If it's gonna be a problem in that area your looking at,.... that area is where you need to ask. And ask what the law
is, not what some code officer "thinks" it is. It's amazing how often they are wrong when it concerns antique stoves/ranges.

The gas oven will be disconnected if the range was professionally restored. Liability reasons for the pro's.

DIY resto check with local codes.
