New member here. Hello all. I have a Pittston 81812 Happy Thoughts kitchen range. The duplex grates are damaged (looks like a coal fire on the wood side). I am hoping that someone here has a lead on where to find new or usable grates. Right hand grate is pictured. The width is 4.5" on wood side. Burn area length is 13.5" . And length with shaft is 16" (left side is 17.5" WITH square shaker tool end). Axle size is 1". I'll add pictures of the stove soon. Found its a bit of an odd ball because a model 9 has longer grates and fire box . It has 8.5 " stove eyes as well just to be different

Try this guy on the link below. If no luck there google Antique Stove Hospital or Barnstable stoves. They might be able to help.

Your grates look in bad shape to fix with glue in place wood pieces. To send to a foundry for a recast pattern.

Craigslist New Jersey has a happy thought.
Search cast iron stove.

Might get another stove, cheaper than grates.

I had already contacted the gentleman in PA, he no longer has the happy thoughts grates. And the happy thought in NJ Craigslist sold 3 hours before I heard back from seller. I'll just make a steel wood only flat "poker style" grate for now.
