Hi!
Ok, try not to hate me. I have a simple question. I bought a stripped down Moore’s Air Tight Heater of some sort to put in my clock shop. I’m not looking to do a full resto, as I plan on retrofitting a fake fire inside to dodge fire code still have an awesome aesthetic in my shop. (That’s why I bought the already stripped out heater.) What I would love are the doors that go on the front. I imagine a variety might fit, so before fabricating replacements I thought I’d find out if there are originals floating around that I can buy. I respect you purists very much, I just wanted to have the aesthetic in my store if I couldn’t have the real thing.

Have you tried contacting any stove restoration shops to see if they have parts, or at least a similar model that parts could be used as patterns to have what you need recast ?

We have a bunch of shops that are members of this site.
Wilson Mull. 508-763-8941 screen name wilsonswoodstove,
Antique Stove Hospital, http://stovehospital.com/index.html
Dana Lapan, screen name D.Lapan.
Then there's a few other members that don't advertise, or have a website, but have been known to dabble in restoration/repairs for others. maybe they will surface in this thread ?
And a web search will turn up more stove restoration shops that are not members,... as far as I know.
Good hunting.
Paul

I don't recall seeing one without a model number before, but I doubt I have seen pictures of all the Moore's models.
