Fancied doing that thing where you spray over the nickel then wire wool the paint off to accent the ornate patterns . Blimey it took me 10 hrs !!!!! Can tell the difference but what I lot of elbow grease ! Got a couple of before / after pics . Used Autosol to polish after using 0000 wire wool .

Video works for me.

Looking good.

What temperature is stove around clinker doors?

I'll be lighting up something full time later this week.

Artie , Got to get one of those infra red temp hand held guns to know what temp it’s at . Got a flat thermostat gauge on the top of the bustle which reads 170c. Room temp is 35c, really lovely and warm . It’s not to cold outside 12c . Just wanted to see how it performs on a low setting . Really impressed 👍.

Hi All , Well after the flood in august, between work commitments finally got round to finishing the floor in the orangery and dining area . Pretty pleased , first time tiling a floor , anyway any excuse to show off my stove ha ha . Just like to say a happy Christmas 🎄 and hopefully healthy new year to all the coalpail members from myself and my wife Fi .
