I went today and purchased a collection and inventory from a gentleman in northern Maine.
There are probably 30+ cookstoves parlor stoves and some cylinder stoves, new old stock parts shaker handles and piles of original patterns for Saint Nic oak stoves, b&m railway heaters, and Atlantic stoves
Not to mention the original pattens for about 30 stoves,
Letter heads and sales slips from almost all New England foundry’s and cards boxes of trim newly plated and not
I will be posting a lot of pictures it will take me about a month to get it all home but here is the first load

Wow, that explains why my car compass readings shifted. I thought there was a change in the Earth's magnetic field. It was lots of cast iron moving west.
Congrats on a great find. Hope to see some of them back in use in the near future.

Those Home Grands are a nice big range. Are you going to set one up for yourself ?
I see some of the ranges still have their towel rods. Not an easy item to find, but very handy for drying dish towels and other small items.

I have been measuring thinking maybe I would keep one but I think they are too massive for my kitchen but I’m not positive yet.
Currently I have 10-15 original towel rods that need to be plated, 20 or so right angled pokers, probably 20-30 cook stove clean out scrapers, 40-50 lifter handles, 10 or so glenwood shakers and probably 20 early key style shaker handles

Wow, that's a nice collection of the accessories that are often missing when buying a range.
Took me a few years of searching on eBay to find the right shaker and round cover handles for my Glenwoods. Only the #6 I got from Wilson had the right shaker handle still with it.

No I’m not sure who actually owns the lot, the place sold and it all has to be gone before the second week in May, I’m dealing with a middle man that’s good friends with the actual owners. it’s a friend of a friend he was tasked with either scrapping it all or finding a buyer
