Some hillbilly math.

Royal has been running since 12/6 to
2/6 burning 1050 lbs. in 62 days. Which is real close to 17 lbs a day heating 1285 sqft to 78 IAT. Not bad at all for the little guy.

Chit wrong place. Goes under Royal Glow.

Think I'm gonna keep both.

Wish this one wasn't missing the firepot, or it would've been sitting beside the other ones.

Little stoves make little piles of parts .

Need to have clinker door mica retainer recast, it's missing two of them. Also need at least 28 mica sheets.

The first 2 piece fire pot I've seen before except the New Royal has same style fire pot with separate finger pot.

Please have all the parts that come in contact with burning coal coated with a TBC (thermal barrier coating) they are too important and valuable to get degraded by use. 😇

It’s not expensive considering the value of that stove!

OH MY GOSH, that base and fire pot assembly is outrageously beautiful.

and today, what passes for craftsmanship is used up making junk like EV's that are SO bland you have to be half a car length from them to tell it isn't just another Taurus.

Almost done. Got some touch up to do and some odds and ends. Now just waiting on mica retainers to get here.

Might send center medallions to the platers.
