Hello,
I've read that an Our Glenwood 111 footprint is 24x24". From several pictures on this forum it appears that the exhaust pipe may extend beyond the back feet of the stove. Can someone supply the depth of an Our Glenwood 111 from the front feet to the back including the exhaust pipe please?
Leo

Someone will be along shortly with your measurements, but you can always vent straight up and out of the rear pipe. This is how I hooked up my Our Glenwood 109 and my Crawford 40. That is providing your not going into a fireplace.

And that'll knock off 7 inches of depth by not using a 6 inch elbow.

My only venting option is up a 6" flue centered about 10" inches from the back wall of an alcove. I checked out options at Barnstable stove yesterday. I'm having difficulty finding something that will fit in a tight space. The 111 may work if it will fit, possibly a top venting round oak. Having a fire last through the night is a requirement.

I should have also included the question of the maximum amount of coal/day I can reasonably burn in the 111. The little Peckham stove I'm trying to replace will only give me 40 degrees above OAT pushing it to ~700 degrees using around 40 lbs/day. No electric at the cabin in Maine.

Purchased a beautifully refurbished Our Glenwood 111 from Wilson yesterday. Depth is close enough to 24" to make it work. :-)

The stove is in storage until it can get to its new home after the spring thaw and mud season is over :-|
