A lot of work, yes. But the time spent is no where near as much compared to all the time you'll enjoy looking at it.

I’m going to try to sell it and if I can’t then it will go into my camp with the cookstove this summer and I’ll sell the wood parlor.
The coupe is waiting on a new rear spring set up, its a 32 dodge 3 window, chopped 4” channeled 3” has a 1972 454 bored .30+, th400 auto tranny, 38 ford car front axle with a speed way disc brake conversion, rear is a 10 bolt with 3:48 gears from a v6 81 Fleetwood, and a mode a grill.

The car was too far gone for a restoration it has been behind a barn for 45 years so I saved it from becoming a Toyota and made this rat rod out of it

Thanks!
I built it 100% myself after I got it home I really wasn’t sure if I had the time it will to build it being it was just a rusty shell on a rusty frame but I got it mostly done in one winter

Nice work. I can't see the chop welds.

It's amazing how far gone some are, yet for those with deep enough pockets they get restored back to showroom condition.

Friend restored a 33 Pontiac Convertible Coupe that was so bad I had to put all new wood framing in the body. Not many left, but he found everything he needed from guys who were pulling out good original parts when rodding theirs.

Yeah, stepson gets the eyeballs moving when he shows up at local cruise nights with his 1926 touring. Turns a lot more heads than the newer iron.

I happened to be working late, out road testing a customer's car when there was a cruise-in here at the local burger & ice cream joint. Just for fun I took a slow loop around the parking lot with this 1930 7 passenger Phaeton. Everything seemed to come to a stop.

If you mean the touring car, yes, like the Hub heater it's very rare. That's one of only five of that model known to still exist.
