Steve, ask Paulie if he saved the pics I sent him a while back.

Might be months till the fire goes out to get you pics.

Might try from below if phone don't melt.

Picture a half clam shell grate in fire pot with a bears paw on the out side.
Rotating inward thru the klinker fingers.
I found two of the pictures. One looking down the magazine and the other with the clamshells down in burn position.

The clamshell grates are very similar to mine in the Home Stove Works #25 and the Merry Bride #244. The only difference is mine also have the upper grate ring that turns from side to side under the firepot fingers.
The pics below are of the grates on the Merry Bride #244. The last pic shows the claws Artie is talking about.

Man that’s sweet. I should get off my azz and get going on my little globie 😝. I think however I’d be better off swapping it and the yuuuge Rathbone, Sard & Co. Ventiduct for a big Baltimore 😝.

Right now in the living room in the center of the house. OAT is 24 degrees
Stove is at 200,IAT 78. Heating 1285 sq Ft.

Couple weeks ago when it was is the finished basement. Around 450 stove temp basement was 80, living room around 77-78. OAT in the high teens low 20's. 1285sqft times two.

Not counting garage/breezeway.

It's 90 percent radiant 10 percent convection.

It was eating coal when it was in basement.

It pulls its own weight. I might put money on Roy before I bet money on the Clarion 115.

Paulie's HSW can put out some good heat.

WOW it is surely a wonderful stove then and yes, for it's size Paulie's Home Stove Works is a serious heater too. especially so since it's a double heater as well.
