I just picked this stove up for $550. Its been blasted &repainted with high temp paint. Its an original not a reproduction unit (more value). I've seen YouTube videos where a guy puts 100 lbs anthracite in it and burns for 3-5 days ! Does anyone have any experience with these ?

Just some free advice and worth every penny. Line the fire pot. Originally you could go to the quartermaster and get a new pot anytime. Can't do that today and you will crack the pot without a liner. Put ina refractory liner. Besides , it makes the stove heavier!!!
