Hello all. I stumbled across this and was wondering if anyone knows what it is, and/or any general information on it.

Might be a wood unit...need to see the internals.

Looks small w/ low output in any event.

Looks just like the wood burner that my parents put in their basement back in the '70's.

All I had to go off of was this pic, and I didn’t know what I was looking at.

This was an oil shortage stove. They came in from Taiwan starting in 1973 and were sold by Washigton Stove Works or Franklin cast products. Later Volgelzang made them as well. The Vermont Castings Co. sued them out of business due to pattent infrindgement. After 1981 they wee not allowed to be imported at all. The Taiwan name is at the back, center at the bottom.
