Hand Fed Coal Stove: Wehrle Placid

Is there an online source for generic parts for these old stoves? I haven't started tearing into my old Werhle yet but I suspect there might be some issues with the grate and shakers.

If you Google, "antique stoves" you'll find lots of stove restoration shops that might have parts.

You can also get recast grates using your old one as a pattern. Tomahawk foundry does a lot of recasting of broken antique stove parts for members here, and some of the restoration shops.

Woodman's Parts up in Maine may have replacement grates for your model.
