Great Thanks

I can measure up to compare if there might be a chance for that bonnet to fit.

I think I'm missing the rear ducting parts that go below the 90 outlet.
Pictures are scarce of the rear of these type stoves, everything is about those other 3 sides and those mica windows. ;)

Likewise, I'll keep an eye out for any foot rests. :)

Mac,
If all you need to run it is an elbow, can you use a regular pipe elbow until you find a cast one ?

Gotcha, It is oval style on both ends of 90.

Ouch, yeah that's gonna be tough to find.

There might be enough "give" in the sheet metal elbows to allow you to get one to fit the stove collar ?????

Well today was door day. Got most of the doors off, blasted and painted today. That was the easy part. Haven’t started major teardown yet.

After looking at your pix, your definition of "major tear down" seems understated.

Really nice work - can't wait to see the finished product. ;)

Mac

Here is the back of the 416. You should have heat tubes going down to base chamber something like these. Probably different decorative pattern.

I’ll check to see if the 415 has them left.

Will be a nice addition to your collection. (Or profitable sale?)
Has the stove needed any crack repairs? Bought all your replacement mica yet? Must be difficult to find the curved pieces. Looks like you're getting ready or close to assembly.

I have open holes to either side of the flue outlet...is that missing something?

Pay no attention to that Art Garland laying/showing there. ;)

You also have a fireplace insert Larry? Very nice. Wish I had a fireplace.
Are you saying there should be tubes to fill those holes? What is the pipe size, for your flue? Looks bigger than 6", or is it deceiving?
