I picked this up yesterday thinking I got a deal :no1: , then I went and researched the stove :what: . I'm now bummed out that I didn't get a deal after all :hangover: . But it is what it is and now I need parts. Where can I get parts for this stove :?: .
1) the lid is not correct and doesn't swing out.
2) there are two broken grates.
3) missing the handle for the pot warmer.
4) missing base with the legs.
5) missing the top ring.
6) missing glass in door.

Is any of this stuff available?

Paul, the glenwood grand was the first(I think) to sport the oven. but lets not forget the 109. 111our morden glenwood. series.how about it tom and joe??????????????? wilson
Welcome aboard Budman. This here is an old thread, so you might want to start your own. You'll find vendors on this site that'll help you with your needs.

A little late with this reply, cause I didn't see it till today. And yes the G111, does have a little oven under the bonnet. It's not very reliable tho. (Or could it be me? ) I've tried a couple times to cook a frozen pizza, for practice, but not always successful. The surface temp of the plate under the bonnet can be pretty hot, depending what the barrel is reading. But the outside surface temp of the bonnet is quite a bit cooler. So what is the "actual" temp inside the bonnet? I've often though of rigging up some sort-a gauge somewhere, (maybe remove the finial, and use that hole?) I really don't wanna drill or tap the original bonnet. Maybe if I get a secondary one, then I'll configure that with a gauge, and keep my original clean.

Welcome Budman.
Try contacting member Wilson Mull. He goes by the screen name, "wilsonswoodstoves". 508-763-8941.
He's been restoring stoves for over 30 years and has lots of Glenwood parts.

Also, try,
Antique Stove Hospital.
Bryant Stove.
Barnstable Stove.

They also restore a lot of Glenwoods so they may have parts you need.

Paul

There’s a glenwood 20 for sale on cape cod. I wish I knew how to provide the link for it. It’s on MA Craigslist , cape cod. Sometimes you have to buy another stove to get the parts you need. The glenwood oaks are my favorite cylinder stove glenwood made.
