Looking good Artie ! Are you going to have the base recast or were you able to weld it up ? In the pic it looks like your going with a recast. :)

This stove has been resurrected and is looking great! thanks for bringing it back to life. The little time I've had with my smaller BB, I'm hoping you have a large space for this heat machine.

Mike.

Looking good! It's amazing how much time a person can get into one of these projects. It can be a lot of work when you think about it but i'm sure it don't feel that way to most.....

The pattern one is 13 inch, recast one is a good 12.875.

What is your base chamber height on your newer stove(PP). Mine is 10.750 inches high.

6 & 1/2 high on the PP Stewart.

A Crawford 40 grate is 11& 1/4 wide...that’s a big Baseburner you have right there. 😳

More dry test fitting of barrel. Need to transfer fire pot holes for clinker face plate and and load door support plate.

Still waiting on slider recast. Going to find out Tuesday. It's holding everything up or it would have been done weeks ago.

Looking good Artie !

There is a simple solution to that problem. You just have to pick up a half dozen other project stoves. That way you don't get frustrated, and always have something else to work on in situations like this.

On the downside ......... You might have to park the car outside.

base is cemented along with fire pot.

Need to line fire pot with bricks, stove polish barrel, and install back pipe.
Hopefully a test burn in drive way this week.

Pics, just slapped together to see what it looks like.
