Yeah, it's amazing how well the stove works, when those triangular grates work the way they were meant to. ;)

Don't forget to turn them one or two flats per day to break up any clinkers trying to form, and to even out heat stress to keep them from warping.

I learned from this site, "flash off" shows a nicer burning bed of coals. Yours looks very inviting. Nice.
