I let the Glenwood go out today and decided that she needed a little TLC after months of constant use. She's been good to me so I think she deserved it. Here are a few pictures.

No not just the Parlor, but; the entire house is heated by this stove.

She's a keeper---had a Glenwood in a log cabin in Vt.---real pretty & damn functional---you do good work :D

Well, Molly had her afternoon off; now its back to work until Spring comes. Then this Summer she's going to get an art tile hearth built that is appropriate.

I'll have to do the same with mine when the heating season is done. I'm still running full time. Idling along at about 250 to 275 burning very little coal but still keeping the house warm.

Yours is looking might beautiful!

Thanks for the compliments every one. I can't wait to finish out the basement and get a nice hearth to give this stove a proper place to reign as queen of the house.

they certainley made some nice looking stoves back then, ironicly I was working in the old factory where that stove was made or whats left of it they were going to put condos but found so much polution they decided tear most of it down and just left the old glenwood offices standing
