Stripped out the mold today. Pretty pleased with the liner. Made it follow the rear port cover.

I like it ! My guess is your firepot will last another 100 years. :D

Did you start on your Rosemont style radiator yet? Before I located mine I considered building one using the 6" Oval pipe from Lowes. Although it's galvanized, if you are starting the fire with charcoal, the flue exit temperature is low enough where it doesn't burn the galvanized coating.

What did you use to line that?

Haven’t had a chance to start on radiator yet. Did order 5” round exhaust tubing to use on radiator.

Grumpy I cast it with refractory cement. Got a flower pot that was close, then build out area with drywall mud and sanded on mold. Painted mold so the moisture from the cement wouldn’t leak into the drywall mud. Way easier to use drywall mud than body filler.

Florence just about ready to go together. Just haven’t had time yet. Hopefully soon.

Doing some mock-up today. Trying to round up all parts and bolts before final assembly and seal up. Tried to get some shots of the hot blast rings.

You're doing some fine work, fun to watch. Thanks for sharing your build with us. Sometimes I'm jealous of you guys who live where stoves are more plentiful and have choices I only dream about.

The ones I have are for a 51 which should fit a 73 not a 75. I do have grates for a 53-153 which should fit your 75. I had a couple recast a few years ago. Been running one in my 153 for a couple seasons.

Thanks for the reply..... I sold all my stoves a few years back 155s , 153s and kept the 75. It needs the other parts and not sure if I want to spend the $ to restore or try and sell it. A friend renickeled all the parts. What would is the cost for a grate?

Thanks

Bill
