Hand fed coal boilers and furnaces using bituminous coal to heat your home or business. Hand fed stoves as the name implies require manual feeding and air adjustments.

Man,other than the Southern Ohio and the Kentucky mines,I don't know the next closest producers near you. Grumpy,are you in the U.P. or Low Country of Michigan? Jeromemsn's correct about LSfarm. He's got straight stories on just about everything coal......Give me a little while,and I'll see what kind of info I can rummage up here in the archives.

have you tried streat fuel company in flint? Last time I talked to him he had some bulk bit. 810-232-1694

If your looking for heating use (not blacksmithing) use the kentucky lump.

I found 100 tons of Bit near Sandusky Oh size Dime to Quarter the slop left over from the Cedar Point Train.
