i justed got done installing my new chimney pipes from my keystoker kaa-2 to my excisting chimney.i set the draft per the keystoker manual and that is to set the draft at.02 at a high fire with the combustion blower off. which I can achieve by adjusting my baro damper. but the problem I am running into is after the draft is set at .o2 and then I turn my combustion blower on per keystoker manual the draft should fall to 0 but it does not it goes to about .005 just alittle above 0. should I be worried or what. besides that I have no other problems no smell never goes out burning 1 bag a day to heat 2000 square feet

The meter could be off a bit so maybe it's fine but you should keep an eye on your CO monitors just to be safe.

That's fine, going to zero or positive would be a greater concern. You still have a slight draft with the combustion blower running, I would think .005 is close enough.
