I think Freddy's a bit ocd... or Fred would you say cod - because that's the order the letters ought to be

Pret Do you have a cleanout door on the outside chimney if so check it and see if it is sealed up you could be losing
draft threw that and it could be causing a backdraft when the stoker is at idle

Cod? Something's fishy alright. What the? I didn't do that repeating! Must've happened during the brownout. Maybe a moderator can delete some of that to shorten the thread up? Including this one?

Hey Coal Berner, I do have a cleanout, but I have plastic wrap and aluminum foil between the door and chimney in an attempt to seal it. I could try some of that moldable weather stripping - that may do a better job. I'll try something the weather stripping tonight and see if anything changes.

How about some stove gasket around the cleanout door on the chimney or some of the RTV black sealer or silicon sealer
