I recently bought an alaska stoker with a power vent. The power vent pipe isnt long enough. The previous owner had it going through his studded wall but im going through concrete block then studded walls. Im hoing to need more length. How do i go about doing this?

I would think that you would have to extend both the inner and outer pipes and possibly the electrical connections, have you checked with the power vent manufacturer to see if they offer an extension kit ?

I have not yet. The electrical connection is no problem since i plan on ditching the cord and hard wiring it with a motor speed controller. I understand that i would have to extend both the inner and outer walls but im not sure how. Its a 4" pipe with an adapter on the end so my 6" slides onto it. I dont think the 4" to 6" adapter comes off though.
