Need a grounding idea

This pertains to my coal Vac setup. I get a few "shocks" while vacuuming the coal. So a few suggestions for grounding the system would be great!

if you're using plastic hose or pipe, you need run a ground wire along and/or thru it and ground it.
woodworkers have the same problem with dust collection systems. with static build up.
