Take a piece of string and wrap around oval to get measurement and then wrap that around 5" round...if the same measurement it will fit w/ some reshaping.

5" is what it appears to be, no? Then an adapter to 6" if needed.

Does anyone know why they used the oval on the stove pipe in the

first place ? Seems a lot simpler to use a standard round size and be

able to use a standard ell or t to connect a chimney.

Probably makes for a larger top surface.
