I am going to rewire my power source for my stoker. Planning on putting in a switch and power from that to the aquastat and timer to stoker.
I have a bunch of 14 ga and 15 amp breakers. Looks like tech motor only draws 3.2 amps. So would a dedicated 15 amp circuit with only 20' of line loss be sufficient?

15A should be plenty. 3.2A @ 120v is only 384w. You have room for another 1400w on that circuit.

You got more than enough room with that size service to your stoker.
just make sure that you always size the over-current protection ( circuit breaker, fuse)
to the conductor size and you will always be covered, and in a residential setting voltage drop is normally not a problem.
I actually installed a receptacle downstream of my aquastat at the stoker and added a flexible cord to my S20 stoker that way I can have total control at the stoker. If I want to isolate the stoker at any time I just unplug it whether it is calling or not.
