Some members have found many uses for this product line in and throughout their homes and vehicles.

Naturally it was only a matter of time before it was adapted for use in and around their coal burning appliances too. :)

Thanks McGiever. Good deal too. I used it this past August on my F150. Used 2 aerosol cans and got everything I could reach. I'm considering the air gun system this time.

I applied FF for the 1st time last fall to my truck. I hear a lot of good things about it. I did notice today it doesn't apply cold with their sprayer. I was going to spray the boat trailer today but it's a no go. Guess I have to wait for it to warm up. Thanks for the discount code . I picked up 5 gal to have on hand.

I'm not sure what the LRS is? Fluid film is a rust preventative and lubricant . It's supposed to last through the winter . It's pretty popular in states that use salt on the roads . Atleast that's what I hear and why I am using it.

I haven't tried the LPS just the Fluid Film. FF is pretty neat stuff although, I thought it was a bit pricey. It seems to leave an air tight waxy like coating. I used it last spring. It sealed the steel pretty good.

Ahhhh LPS. I have never used it. I see its way more expensive than FF. Amazon has LPS in a 5 gallons for $252. I got 5 gallons of FF for $179. I sprayed it on HEAVY on my F250 and I almost used 1 gallon. Has anyone used FF for a while and has a story good or bad?

I used FF this year for the first time on my 2013 Tacoma. Like many I've read good things about it. I should pick up a few more gallons. It does apply better luke warm with the gun and an air compressor.

Next time if it is a little cool outside, put the gallon can in bucket of hot water so "soften" it up prior to application.

Hate to waste a good day in the middle of winter........

I use both LPS and Fluid Film, I reduce LPS with WD40. Fluid Film I put the gallon in a bucket of boiled water to get it to thin in colder weather. I have found Fluid Film loosens the crappy wax coating GM puts on their frames, that eventually dries out cracks and flakes off anyway. Fluid Film does not dry, LPS flashes off. Fluid Film will wash away with hot water, LPS 3 does not. Both have great abilities, Fluid Film is less hazardous especially when sprayed, which I use an adjustable body shutz gun to apply. Rockers on 2001 Sierra are still there because of these products.

I did read some where that FF is made from or contains extracted Lanolin from sheep's wool.
It does have an odor to it, especially while spaying a whole undercarriage with it.

You Tube has a fair amount of FF videos from users and the like.
