Well, I have the boiler home and I will be sliding it off the
ramp to the work deck where I will be parking it to
install the plumbing.
I spent three hundred dollars on steel pipe and fittings and
I still have to pick up the soft copper rolls the 3/4 piping to
the returns and the short sections of pipe and Tee's for the
bypass valve to return a gallon per minute back to the boiler
through the cooler return water that is piped to the bottom
of the boiler and and the anti scald valve for the hot water
heater to keep the water at 140 at all times.

140 degree water will scald you pretty quick. 120 tops and preferably a bit lower than that.

LSayre; I will see if I can borrow a smart phone, lately they
are selling tablets up here for $49.00USD. I may go that
route if they have a camera in the bloody things.

Good luck. Follow the directions and you should do well. We share the same sky if you need to look at one in service.
