I found this at a flea market and it seems to work very well. I have no idea how old it might be. I suspect it has some age on it because the case appears to be bakelite. It should make a nice addition to the winter time workings. Anyone have any information on this style guage? Was it part of a Orsat kit or a permanent position item? Mike

My recall is a bit hazy,but I think I can remember seeing that gauge as a tool that the furnace repairman carried with him.... 25-30 yrs. ago ?? longer ?? 58 - 30 = 28, at 28 I had good memory,i should be able to still remember that . :notsure: :gee:

I think mine said 1980 on the box. Works perfect for setting up a stoker.

Thanks, Don for turning that picture. I appreciate hearing the time period this is from. I suspect something like this would be expensive today judging from the quality I see in this piece . Mike
