so this is where I have the t'stat wires going to my furnace to turn on just the fan while also turning on the pump. If I unhook the t'stat wires from the fan, then the pump works correctly with the relay, and if I unhook the t'stat wires from the pump relay the fan comes on correctly, but if I have them both hooked up things start humming. Obviously something is back feeding on the 24 volt side, is there some other place I can run my TT wires in this diagram that will allow only my fan to come on?
What they are saying is correct...cannot have 2 different source 24volt transformers fighting each other...that is what you have. Humming!!!
You will need the 4th relay.

Furnace fan needs the furnace 24volts transformer's cicuit switched thru the 4th relay. But just the G wire.

im looking forward too it also rob, I think its going to work very well compared to the hotblast furnace.. the hotblast performed great and was excellent on coal, but with this I have a lot more options and controls.

Nice job H.B. I'm glad you got that all figured out. I couldn't tell what the heck was go'in on with those relays without being there and looking at them so I kept my mouth shut. Lucky we have a lot of people on this forum that have experience and knowledge they are willing to share.

yes don im very thankful of the people on here, in the end it could of been done a lot easier with two pumps but I just didnt see the need for that much pump power when I didnt need it.

Others may benefit if you explain how you wired the RIB's and which model you used.
