I tried an ad on Craigslist and average was around 100.00 and seemed high to me for 15 minutes work. Flat roof single story nice stable place for a ladder and just pop the cap off brush and done.

You expect someone to come to your house with a ladder and chimney tools , climb onto your roof , remove cap, clean chimney , replace cap for under 100$ . Good luck with that .

Anyone that expects to have the job done for less than $100 should just start their own chimney sweep business & charge only $68
