Yeah, you can get a barrel kit for around $60-70 or just find a little wood stove on craig's list.

I suggest wood since you may only want to heat the garage for small periods of time. I don't know. That's what I used.. :)

Yeah that's neat. I like the extra barrel on top to take advantage of getting more heat out of the wood smoke. Pretty awesome, simple and very cheap.

Yes, they are very simple and cheap. They work best if you can find some sort of grate to keep the wood off the bottom a little.

Right. I used a 100 pounds of sand. I've seen them lined with fire bricks too..

Oh I already have 3 spare wood stoves lol I don't want too tend too two stoves, the point of running my furnace too the garage is to centralize my heating.
