Should I Change This Chimney?

Fire's out today. Warm air blew in last evening and it hit 60 before I went to bed. Looks like I'll work on the boat today. I did play with the feed, which helped get the temp up but I couldn't get it to increase the burn area as much as I thought it should go. Still had at least 3.5 inches of "ash" and quite a bit of partially burned coal. I do think some of the problem is the Reading coal. Gonna switch back to the Blaschak later this week when the store gets a new delivery.

Did you let the fire go out?? or did it go out on it's own???

60*, man that sounds good, of course if it turned 60* I'd have to deal with two weeks of mud before I could enjoy the weather.

I let the fire go out. Went up to 75 yesterday. Storm blew through around 4 and temp dropped about 30 degrees in an hour. I ended up having to take a mid-day trip to Salisbury on the Md eastern shore. Saw some people getting ready to plant peas. I guess that means it will be 95 and 90 percent humidity soon. I'd rather have the snow.
