REAL Lazy Man's Coal Filling Method

This is so obvious I never though about it until 4 years after getting the Pocono.

Here goes the rocket science... :D

1) Open bin cover, move away so most of bin top is open (duh)
2) Place Blaschak bag in bin on top of existing coal (duh)
3) slit bag with knife at bag side closest you 10-12" . Use care not to add blood to coal.
4) Pull up bag slowly, be careful not to catch bag on front angle iron.

No coal dust. none. Even from dry coal.

Selling point of Pocono : the Blaschak bag fits nearly perfectly into the Poke's coal bin depth dimension.

Is the Pioneer same depth?

Been there done that. Not me but a guy I work with that has a Harman Magnum, my chimney install prohibits this method :mad: :mad: Not my Keystokers fault.

i don't think you graduated to REAL lazy until you are only flipping a switch to load the hopper!! toothy :bag:

Naw real lazy is putting in a trip trigger device where you don't even have to flip the switch!!

Where's the fun in that? Haha.. my triceps have taken on quite the robust form since tending the coal furnace over the last few years... :lol:
