I enjoyed speaking with him when he delivered for me. I don't think I can ever convince him to come 75-80 miles and deliver here again though. Too bad, as that Mammoth sourced coal looks really nice.

I got 340# last week, its burning real good and low ash so I got 4 tons from the same load. Thats a long way from his yard,I'm 19MI oneway, just under his 20Mi limit :D .

Ok I have two small things left to do(add 2 stick on bubble levels and a chain/lock so I don't have to put the coal back in  dam kids :) ) I think it came out good but I'm sure It's better then dumping it on the ground I have had enough with the tarps and snow trying to get to the coal.

I may have to have a custom tarp made if the plastic ones don't last more then a year. Keepaeyeonit

Looks great! Why don't you use some corrugated material and build a sloped roof to keep the rain and snow from weighing down the tarp?

I have a sloped deck on the top under the tarps,If I have problems with this I will use steel.

Fantastic job on a simple set-up for a coal bin, good color choice, blends in well ,should pave the way for others to go this route even if only for a temporary solution.

Nice job. Like the slopped roof. I was gonna say add a roll tarp and pipe "hoop" frames. But you done good!
