Sorry for lack of updates. Went round and round with pexuniverse on my mixing valve. Just got it tuesday, had the rest of my order within 24 hours of placing the order. Ahh well. Got just about everything roughed in, just waiting on a semi decent weekend to complete the deal, I will post pics when I slide it in place.

Roger that! Happy holidays to all here as well! Today I am thankful to have found this forum-a lot of questions answered and just a decent group of folks! Just dropped 6 bills on fuel oil, can't wait to fire this boiler!

Sorry for the year off, lol! Just started my fire tonight finally and I am completely in awe of this piece of equipment! I cannot thank the knowledge base on this forum enough. A few quick searches answered all my questions and my kitchen is comfortable for the first time since I've lived here! I will try to post some pics. Not the prettiest install but extremely effective.

Working on some pics but all I can say is wow! I am amazed with the quality and amount of heat this thing is capable of. Completely satisfied with my purchase!
