That will control zone circulators...only 1 pump in this case.
Works as a relay... 24 volt control over a 120 volt pump.
You can download info on it at Taco's web site. :)

Oops.... you have stove....in that case, it will use 24 v over 120v for a fan/blower.

All the 501 does is make it possible to use a 24 volt thermostat, or a dry contact point, to turn on a 115 volt something. Your blower motor for the 90K is probably the only thing there is.

Not that it matters, but red and white are typical TT wire colors.....don't know why the green, unless the white wire broke off flush with the insulation and no one re-stripped it to use the white wire. You can bend up a little jumper wire and touch the TT terminals on the 501 and it will click the relay and start the blower. ONLY the TT terminals!

Got cha. I got a 120 tt hooked up to my hotblast. I do plan on hooking up a couple of duct booster fans for 2 far bedrooms. Should I bypass the taco relay so it works on that t stat? Or a coal trol? I guess I'm lost on all of this. Help lol

And I will be tying in the 6" pipe into either the hot or cold air return of the propane furnace. Should I tie it into the hot air and install a back flow preventer or hook it into the cold air. I'm afraid of over firing the stoker if the propane kicks on, but then again I'm unsure if it's ok for the furnace to be sucking in the hot air thru its blower fan. I have 2 far bedrooms that I would like to hook up booster fans

yes, 24 volt is most common, but there needs to be a control transformer for the 24v power.
A Line Voltage T stat is for switching 120 or 240 volt.

All there is is a red and green t stat wire. In a few days I guess I'm just gonna take a stab in the dark and hook it up to a t star I got at home depot. Not sure what I'm doing here. We can git r done
