So now I have the ideal thermostat for his room. its preset( resistor?) in W wire, so he can't change it, plus it will show what ever temp he sets it to, @ 80,85, 90 on screen, but won't go above 73* by room temp.
As the ole saying goes" theres more than one way to skin a fat cat." its ordered. shouldn't be anything that will effect coal usage, we keep main house T-stat set at 72* in winter, and his rooms up stairs.
