Field Controls has a synthetic lube specifically for the SWG, the use of other lubricants is not recommended and can cause premature failure.

Substitute can with does. I have a SWG 4HDS and I used regular oil last year, about a week after I put the oil in the motor it started growling, shaking and otherwise sounding like it was gonna dismount off the wall and run for the nearest scrap yard.

Trust me you want to use the special oil or at least some form of light weight synthetic!
