Hey all, I just stumbled on an ebay store while looking to buy a bow. It is in Lisbon Falls, ME and is called Dan's Rugged Pipe. He makes all sorts of elbows, t's, and such from 304 stainless and will custom make anything he can. I can't attest to the product, just thought it might help someone looking for a better then china Home Depot pipe.

Couldn't find a link to copy, just search for his ebay store name. :)

304 doesn't hold up well with coal.

His quality is outstanding. My stainless pipe looks like brand new inside and outside. Absolutely no corrosion. He uses a heavy gage material and custom built my pipe from a detailed sketch I sent him. A very nice guy to deal with....

I saved his ebay store to my Favorites folder. Worth another look in the future if ever needed.

I think I'm gonna try stainless steel from this guy. The Hitzer has a 7" steel collar but I used a 6" reducer on it last year and performance really suffers as the pipe fills with ash. This year I will use 7" inch pipe as Hitzer intended. A tee coming off the stove with a clean-out cap will allow me access to the pipe without shutting off the stove. A quick vacuuming once a month will keep her running smooth.
