the blue. yellow, orange wires, are they be used for either 120v or 24v line voltage?

will be using the NO (orange), common(yellow) for signal from dump relay off boiler. its 120V out of boiler relay, but if 24V is all thast allowed to feed that side of RIB relay will need a transformer/ Thanks for assistance

Can be either 120vac or 24vac...it is a switch...so your choice. :)

These relays can be wired to either 120 vac or 24 vac/dc. They have an internal resistor that drops the voltage and a diode to rectify the power for the coil. Beauty of these is that you don't need a transformer just for the relay. Just use the correct color wire for the application.
