a few days ago during a warm spell I took the opertunity to to shut her down and clean the cumbustion fan and blowers and remove all the fly ash from the chimney. after all was said and done I relit the stoker and have been noticing that it hasn't been giving much heat the last few days. the coal grate has been almost overfilling with coal and and does not seem to be fully burning.so I gave everything a good look this morning and noticed the writing on the combustion fan was upside down  . swithed it aroung and boy I got more heat out of the stove in the last hour than the last 2 days combined.

We've all been there! Just twenty minutes ago I finished installing a mixing valve. Jussst before I turned the water back on I noticed it was in backward! It was an easy fix, just loosen two union type fitting and rotate it 180*. Woulda been a B*tch if I'd put the water to it already.
