Burning Buckwheat ???

Can I Burn Buckwheat in my leisure line Pioneer stove without affecting the feed mechanism.

We only recommend rice. If you run low you can mix about a 30% buck with rice.

Most, if not all stokers recommend RICE.

With buckwheat, you will have extra air flow thru the coal and it could back burn up the plate into the hopper....possibly. :(
