Thinking about adding a Coal-trol to an older baywindow which currently has rheostat controls. Wondering if anyone is currently using coal-trol on one of these, and what they think. Also wondering if anyone has one for sale if they are up grading their unit. Thanks Dave

You should be able to use pretty much any stove with the coal trol, it might need a bit of re-wiring (cutting and putting plugs on the ends) to plug into the Coaltrol.

My Hyfire was only reshostat controlled and hooked it up to the CoalTrol No problem. It Definitely controls way better, no adjustments needed for speed, fuel or anything. Once you set it up, it pretty much takes control of the stove and maintains a constant temperature :)
