Can some one tell me what the draft reading should be on a Alaska Channing III stove with an Alaskan Direct Vent System. The dealer where I bought it stated a Negative .03 to .04 and the directions state .03 to .04 which I assume is Positive. ;) Also what position should the slide brick be in.

Teh stove should ALWAYS be under a vacuum, so the -.02 to -.04 would be the CORRECT Setting. BUT, depending on how you hook up your draft gauge, sometimes easier to read on the POSITIVE Side of the scale, you would just flip the low/high sensing port.

If you look at the scale, it can read +/-. I run it on the POSITIVE Side.
