Bump, this an important thread that was hard to find.
My coal-trol no longer controls the convection fan, so I was looking for this thread so I could see if there was something weird in my setting. Finally just did a RESET with no improvement. My fan runs 100% even when the feed rate is 0%.

Many of the links here to the coaltrol site do not work.
